If you work in New Zealand for 12 months it is likely that you have earnings in two tax years so you will need to file two tax returns. We recommend that you try to contact us before July to look at your first tax return, and then when you are about to leave NZ to do the second one (Early Return). If you are required to file your first return by a certain date and you contact us too late in the year you may find that you have a $50 fine from IRD.

Si trabajas en Nueva Zelanda por 12 meses es probable que tengas ganancias en dos años, entonces necesitarás declarar ambos.
